Hi Becka,
Everyone raved about the desserts, and we had enough leftovers to serve them to the guests that stayed through Sunday night, and still had a few boxes left for Andy and I to polish off that following week. You did a fabulous job. The desserts tasted as good as they looked, and the cake was great too! I know my Mom's eye's lit up when she saw the red velvet and carrot cakes! Oh, and the cake looked adorable: Just what I envisioned, so thank you. Everyone had their favorites, but personally, after having taste tested all of them, I can understand why ....they were all that good! I'm still partial to the tiramisu though, which by the way was one of the best I've had....and I've tried a lot!
Thank you so much for your time to deliver and set up the desserts. Everything was truly awesome! And, from what I heard, I think the staff at Peaceful Valley Ranch consumed several of the desserts as well, so my guess is you may be added to their list of vendors as well.

The B-day cakes were wonderful! Your chocolate cake was fabulous! Of course, I am a chocolate lover, but others also raved about it! The carrot cake was a tremendous hit! The B-day girl was relieved to finally have her carrot cake, as that is by far her most favorite. I also really enjoyed your white cake, as the filling was a great touch. The children thought decorating the cupcakes were great fun. Several even said, "And this was the best cupcake I ever ate!"
Many of our guests had never experienced a chocolate fountain, so it was an unique experience for them. That was a marvelous display. There wasn't anything that wasn't delectable! I was particularly fond of the cream puffs, especially when they were chilled.
I'm sure my g-daughter, being married in 2010, will have a chocolate fountain! Thanks again, Becka, for adding special touches to our memorable week... It was truly appreciated, and warmly welcomed by everyone.
